Born in Huntington Beach, California, and raised primarily in Florida, Robert’s journey to becoming a respected Florida trial lawyer is shaped by diverse life experiences and a deep sense of purpose.
Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. During his time there, he studied abroad in Vietnam — an experience he describes as life-altering. After graduating, he returned to Vietnam to backpack across the country, learning firsthand about people, resilience, and global perspectives.
He later attended the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with honors in 2003. That same year, he was admitted to the Florida Bar and began practicing law.
Before founding Anderson Trial Group, Robert practiced law for sixteen years at multiple respected Florida firms — including America’s largest personal injury firm — where he represented thousands of injured clients.
